From validation to recovery

Our Process

Validation before purchase

Before purchasing any debt, Bishop Warden undertakes:

  • A comprehensive legal assessment to determine the status of the debt.
  • Identification of the nature and scope of any associated contracts.
  • A process of due diligence on all associated parties.
  • Identification of a legal strategy for collection.

Following a satisfactory conclusion to the above, Bishop Warden presents a contract for signature and arranges an immediate electronic transfer of an agreed amount to the seller's account.

Recovery process once debt is purchased
